The Y-1800 Calendar with 320mm Cylinder is a high-production machine developed to meet continuous stamping processes or applications on cut parts, guaranteeing maximum productivity, precision, and quality in sublimation.
With a working area of 180cm wide and a chrome-plated cylinder of 320mm diameter, it is ideal for medium and large-scale industrial demands, offering stable performance and consistent results.
Equipped with a programmable touch PLC control panel, the calendar allows for precise adjustments and intuitive operation. Its tempered glass table provides exact positioning of the parts, while the thermal oil heating system — with stainless steel resistors — ensures uniform temperature and high durability. The equipment also features an emergency crank for manual cylinder rotation and requires a 5-foot, 50-liter compressor (not included). In terms of productivity, the Y-1800 Calendar achieves an average of 450 pieces per hour when working with cut pieces and approximately 6 meters per minute when working with continuous fabric, with an average consumption of 8 kWh.
