– Minimum Order: One (1) 12-inch x 24-inch gang sheet.
– Gang Sheet Compatible: You can include multiple designs on a single sheet. Please review the artwork specifications below carefully before ordering.

Important Notes for Shop App Users:
If you place your order through the Shop App, please note that the design studio feature is not available. You must email your design file to us, already arranged on a gang sheet template using the sizes we offer.
Production & Turnaround Times (Excluding Weekends)
Regular Orders:
– Current Production & Ship Out: 2 DAYS
Rush or Emergency Orders (Excluding Weekends):
1. Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (ET / Florida time). Orders placed after 1:00 PM are not guaranteed to be printed the same day.
2. Fees:
– Rush Print: $50 non-refundable fee.
– Emergency Print: $100 non-refundable fee.
– Please Note: These fees do not include shipping. If you require Next Day Air shipping, this is an additional cost that must be calculated at checkout. Large orders (over $500) may not qualify for rush services. Please contact us first if your order exceeds $500.
3. Design Compliance: All designs must meet our requirements (300dpi, transparent background). Any files with issues will delay the order until corrected by the customer, even if a rush fee has been paid.
Artwork Specifications
To ensure your prints come out perfect, please follow these guidelines closely:
1. Use Our Template: Prepare your design(s) at 300 DPI using the template we provide. Arrange your single design or multiple gang sheet designs on it exactly as you want them printed.
2. Send Print-Ready Files: We print your design exactly as it is sent. We do not fix or edit any artwork. Double-check that your file is set to 300 DPI resolution for the best quality.
3. Do NOT Mirror: Please do not mirror or reverse your artwork.
4. File Format: Your design must be a PNG file with a transparent background.
5. Avoid Transparency Effects: Do not use layered transparency effects, as our software may not read them correctly. Refer to the example images above for a visual guide on what is acceptable versus what is not.
6. Outline All Fonts: Ensure all text in your design is converted to outlines to prevent font substitution issues.
7. Convert Strokes to Objects: Any strokes or lines should be converted into objects to maintain the intended design appearance.
8. Export as PNG with Transparent Background: Save your final file as a PNG, ensuring the background is transparent.
9. Color Modes: Files work best in RGB, CMYK, or when using Pantone colors (PMS color library codes only).
